Breakfast Tea & Bourbon by Pete Bissonette was a novel about five friends who embark on a real-life treasure hunt for $55,000 and 100 bottles of wine, with clues hidden within the story itself, blending fiction with a tangible quest.

I, along with my family, won the national treasure hunt in July of 2017 and here’s how we did it…

Map of the Dead

Map of the Dead, released in November 2016, and was the second novel and first armchair treasure hunt by English author Murray Bailey. The challenge: solve the treasure hunt within the story about a hunt for ancient Egyptian treasure. And a fitting prize - a custom made 18 karat golden pyramid!

I didn’t win this one, but I got very close!

There’s Treasure Inside

There’s Treasure Inside, launched in November 2024, is the culmination of close to five years of work. Worth millions of dollars and growing more valuable each day, the pieces in the treasure are as varied as they are unique.
